1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tech Floral's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Tech Floral provides a cloud-based software platform for florist business management, including but not limited to:

• Point of Sale (POS) system
• Inventory management
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Delivery tracking
• Analytics and reporting
• Online ordering capabilities

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the services until the end of that period.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others

You retain all rights to your data. By using our services, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Tech Floral and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Floral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Floral and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms
